"You're definitely mad," Katsuki informs Shoto loudly. "We're well past denial time. You wouldn't be in this shirt if you weren't." If nothing else, Katsuki appreciates the undeniable truth the shirt creates. Cold hard fact. Icy-hot can play cool all he wants, but he's hot underneath. The entrance Katsuki carved is big enough they could all get through with a little wiggling, but he knows better than to expect cooperative wiggling from either of them right now.
So he turns until he's better facing Izuku again, wraps an arm around him, and picks him up. Then he uses the other hand to angle behind them and give a big burst of speed with an explosion, one to get them all inside the igloo in one piece. He pays attention to how fast they move and swings his arm around to slow them before they crash into the far wall.
"There. We can all stay here until we figure shit out. Even if that means we all sleep in the t-shirt." Katsuki lets Izuku down and looks at Shoto. "You're mad, and shutting down in an igloo by yourself doesn't help. Not you. Not us. Nothing. So no one asked me to 'break' your shelter, but it needed to be broken." While at full volume, it's relatively less yell-y. For Katsuki.

Damn it, is he the only one trying here?
