She absolutely needs to be alone, and the fact that Peter's actually fighting her on that makes a surge of panic swell. If he tries to argue, if he doesn't just let her leave cleanly and quietly, this is going to turn into a fight, and she's not in the right headspace to fight. She needs to lock herself somewhere private and cry first, wring all the emotion out of herself before she can put herself in a vulnerable position in front of anyone else.
"Well, I want to be alone," she blurts out, a sense of finality in her voice. "It's easier. It always has been." It occurs to her that this is the first lie she's ever told Peter, other than her claiming that she'd only been interested in him because she'd suspected he was Spider-Man. But just like last time, she needs to hide the truth of what she's feeling, and if that means she needs to lie to him, she'll do what she has to in order to get away before any more tears manage to escape.
"I've got to go." Where it is she's got to go, she has no idea. Is there a place she can stay nearby, or is she expected to sleep in the woods with all the other new arrivals? She's not sure, but she just needs to keep moving, because if she thinks too hard about everything that's just happened to her, she might never be able to move again.

"Bye, Peter."
