Unfortunately for Hawks his hearing is very sensitive and Bakugo's shouting is not exactly helping in that area. Headphones aside, it doesn't really matter when he's being that loud.

"Okay..." Hawks considers his thoughts for a moment.

"You have a very impressive quirk." He smiles, offering a compliment. Is that what Bakugo wants to hear? Probably not.
