"They sponsored my debut." Hawks explains. That isn't a secret exactly that he has ties to the Commission. Whenever they want a pet hero to come out and do talk or wave for them it's usually him. Has been since his debut. "So I guess I owe them." He smiles placidly. He doesn't think he owes them anything, frankly, but here he is.

"That is...awful to hear that it crumbled." Hawks sighs. He looks like he's got a lot of work ahead, because obviously the Commission will be all over that.
