"Dumb way of looking at it," Katsuki grumbles. He disagrees that Hawks owes them shit. Whatever he owed them, he's long paid off. He could pay off in cash. It's not his life, and Hawks accepts it like it can't be changed. They'll see about that when the Commission gets a new spine that doesn't do whatever shady stuff the current one does. That'll change things up.
