"It's pretty common for Myths to see in the dark here," Gideon comments, "So if we wind up in a pitch black trial, a whole lot of folks will depend on Myths. Or I guess Familiars who can see in the dark, some of them can do that as animals." She doubts many keep animal vision in human form because they'd get the same problem she does in sunlight or worse, never mind the shift in colors.

"You'd eat into the aerodynamics, but I think you could fit on a motorcycle so long as you don't have anyone behind you," Gideon says, "I have a motorbike that can go off road here. It's convenient when I don't want to wait for the train or need to go far away from where the train goes." She can also fly, as demonstrated, and the ring she's wearing lets her teleport to her loved ones. Gideon has options, and she's used to all of them.

"You should be glad you weren't here for the first Jewelia trial. If you ever wanted to leave a conversation, poof, you'd appear in Tides instantly. Then you'd have to get to the surface somehow." It only got more awkward once everyone knew people wanted to leave those conversations. Well, for those who figured it out.
