Pandora's Fox II

PANDORA'S FOX II

If you were here last June, do you remember that app that appeared on the relics then, Pandora's Fox? It's all about finding your Familiar bond. It's been available for people to use since every Star Child was forced to fill it out or have it filled out for them with its grand reveal. However, it's sat quietly in the background unobtrusive to those who didn't click to see what it was about.

Until now.

That's right, Pandora's Fox is back! (and with a makeover). The app has been rejiggered with old questions and new, including some specific to each Role! The app will buzz and open itself with a blank profile waiting to be filled out. Star Children can fill it out for themselves—as long as they don't lie. This app will not allow Star Children to lie. Honesty is important in a Familiar bond. Star Children who lie may find that answer filled in a little too honestly and unable to be deleted. Anyone who waits too long to fill it in will find it answered for them!

Familiar bonds come in all different shapes and sizes, so find the right person for you!

This is game canon!

Forms for your characters!

[Quill is not sure he should even be doing this? Why is he actually showing up?

And yet here he is, wandering into the makeshift kitchen.]

So, what's on the menu today?

Stew. It's got vegetables from the gardens, and some rabbits I caught. Not a lot of spices... but we're making do.

[And despite her tendency to overthink--including thinking to check if Quill was an herbivore--it truly does not occur to her to think of rabbits and harengon as particularly related.]

It'll be fine, I'm sure.

[Not the worst way he's eaten a meal, accepting a bowl easily. At least it was all cooked.

And whatever worry might occur to Zanth about the meat being rabbit, he seems to have no qualms about taking a bite.]

[And since he does, nothing occurs to her, for the moment at least. Instead she just drops down cross-legged to sip at her own bowl.]

I used to cook this sort of a thing a lot... but not lately.

[She's mostly just making small talk, though current events have put her in mind of the old village.]

Oh?

[Well, Quill supposes it'd be rude to stand around if he's sticking around for a meal, so he'll just follow suit with his own bowl in paw.]

I mean, with how this place normally is, I suppose it's not so surprising that you don't need to cook like this as often.

I meant, ah... more like a decade or two ago, not since getting here.

[A little pause, because she doesn't love talking about her past, but, well, if she wants the kid to open up she should probably also do that. A little.]

I've lived in a city more like Epiphany for--a while. But before that it was a village where we did our own hunting, farming, that sort of thing.

[Oh Zanth, it'll take a bit more to get actual opening up from this little loser. But he can do surface level stuff easy!]

I can't say I've ever seen a place like Epiphany before this. I think the largest place I've been in the Material Plane would have to be Candlekeep, at least as far as I'm aware.

[She'll take what she can get.]

Oh? I'm afraid I've never heard of that one. Black creek is... well, we have twelve districts, most a little smaller than the ones here, but it adds up to pretty big as far as cities go.

[Another little pause.]

Northlake is... technically one of them, but it's mostly woods and the people there don't like to leave much. The other eleven are a lot more, ah, modern.
