“That’s not the only reason.”
He’s well aware that Satine can rough it. Though he doubts she would judge him, he does know she would worry. And… well.
“Let her think I’m still her shining Jedi Knight. Just a little longer.”
Because that’s not him anymore, and he’s… not ready to face that.
