"Merry Christmas to you too," Peter said, matching her dryness with his sincerity as he took the knife. As he held the knife it shimmered and glittered, transforming into a slightly larger knife that looked much more elaborate and fancy. While Peter was no real judge of knives this one also looked sharper.

"Okay that was really cool and kind of freaky? I do not have a whole lot of experience with magic but... freaky and cool is about par for the course."
