[He stands up on their raft, pausing for a moment to balance carefully, then uses the tiniest grapple ever to zoom up to the top of their umbrellas, peering out across the bar to see if there are others trapped nearby. Thankfully he's small enough that two umbrellas hold his weight well enough, albeit with some wobbling.]
...Are they... just drinking? [He flips his mask down to zoom in.]
