That sounds like a plea for practice. [ Jedao waits fifteen seconds to fire two shots in Sharon's direction. They are clear shots, no one in between them. They're aimed to hit the pavement six inches to the side of her. Even if she fails she won't be hurt.
He changes positions before Sharon has time to trace his position and retaliate. ]

She's very glad he didn't aim directly at her.
Her eyes scan in the direction the shot rang from but it's brief. She might not have super senses, can't hear or feel him without tapping into the Otherworld, but she knows he's smart enough not to linger. She pulls her relic back out and calls him, mostly hoping he forgot to turn off the ringer for calls.
Hey, sometimes a girl has to get crafty. If it doesn't work, she isn't opposed to pulling him into the Otherworld.

His relic doesn't ring because Jedao's a professional (retired) thank you. However, he considers shooting her relic out of her hand. If her shield only distorts his aim, however, that could go badly.
So he takes advantage of being a voidmoth. Jedao shoots from a second position, and before the bullet reaches her drags himself along spacetime to another position higher up and to the side. He fires again. It may be cheating, but assassination doesn't fight fair.

She swallows the desire to shout something crude at him. It'd be a waste of time and breath. There's no way she's faster than a bullet. Two options. Pull both of them into the Otherworld. If he shoots, he draws monsters in. Maybe he can slip away, most of the creatures are sloppy and slow, but Red lurks out there. Not the right Red, not the giant still stalking the outskirts of the Outpost, but her guardian nonetheless.
Or... She darts for the tree line. Zigs, zags, slips between trees like a ribbon and then through a sudden thick fog that quickly dissipates, taking her with it. She's only in the Otherworld a moment or two, just enough to create distance before she slips back through and, smoothly, shifts into her coyote form.
Spacetime that, bitch!

He shifts into a rarer form for him: a black squirrel. He runs along the branches through the area Sharon left behind and monitors for shapes. Human and animal because this is Folkmore, and just as he can change shape, Sharon can too. He pitter patters along in the direction of the wildlife he sees. One of them will be suspicious, but he too doesn't approach too brazenly.
He's just a squirrel. An inconspicuous squirrel.

There are echoes of Jedao's scent scattered across the area, some blazing brighter than others but no obvious trail between them. Whatever. That just means she needs to adjust her approach. A quick skulk through the area and she notices the way the scent of gunpowder and Jedao changes. She lifts her head. Sniffs. Not a bird. Not a fox. Something different.
She resists the urge to yap but her tail sweeps the dirt floor, hackles raised, as she chases this new scent and the sound of tiny claws digging into bark. Sadly, coyotes aren't known for their climbing abilities but Sharon knows she can jump. She races forward, leaps, and snaps at the nearest scurrying squirrel, not even entirely certain it's Jedao.

Only a stupid squirrel would go after a coyote or a squirrel that isn't quite a squirrel. Or a stupid squirrel that isn't quite a squirrel.
Jedao leaps for the coyote's back, to land and scramble up to put claws to eyeballs if he can be so lucky. Should Sharon start to shift back, he too can shift and disappear back into the forest and away from Otherworld. But why do that when she's a coyote and he's a squirrel? Eh? He doesn't need to win so much as push her to new lengths.

Realizing there are few options left to protect herself, she makes the split-second, wild decision to slam her head, and hopefully Jedao, into the thick trunk of the nearest tree.

He wastes no further time, his wounds automatically healing now that he's back to his human (voidmoth) form. Jedao grabs his gun to bring up under her head—a fight to do that before she can transform back and drag him to Otherworld. Yet he remains alert, too, to drag himself across space away if need be.

She feels a small flash of panic and, without consciously considering her next action, she shifts again. Instead of returning to her human form, she grows. Her fur thins and darkens as her rib cage extends. In a flash, she is a massive doe, standing at near the same height as a full-grown bull. Her antlers and hooves gleam gold in the light. Jedao doesn't have long to register the change because Sharon immediately begins to buck wildly as she snorts out fire.
