PANDORA'S FOX II

If you were here last June, do you remember that app that appeared on the relics then, Pandora's Fox? It's all about finding your Familiar bond. It's been available for people to use since every Star Child was forced to fill it out or have it filled out for them with its grand reveal. However, it's sat quietly in the background unobtrusive to those who didn't click to see what it was about.

Until now.

That's right, Pandora's Fox is back! (and with a makeover). The app has been rejiggered with old questions and new, including some specific to each Role! The app will buzz and open itself with a blank profile waiting to be filled out. Star Children can fill it out for themselves—as long as they don't lie. This app will not allow Star Children to lie. Honesty is important in a Familiar bond. Star Children who lie may find that answer filled in a little too honestly and unable to be deleted. Anyone who waits too long to fill it in will find it answered for them!

Familiar bonds come in all different shapes and sizes, so find the right person for you!

The ones I was considering, anyway. If you wanna complicate my search you could - I looked at Gram and Talaria by the lakes, then various apartments in Epiphany and Tides.

I haven't been to Tides yet. What do you think of it? I've heard it's complicated to get there.

Oh Tides is splendid. It's the sort of city-- well, it's the sort of the city I think I'd expect the human world you know of to have. Big, tall towers, the works. Unsettling that it's all underwater, but I love the atmosphere of it outside of that. If anything, more filled with artistic flourishes than I'd-- well, I was about to say expect but then there is the college there.

As to getting there- yeah. It's a submarine ride which takes a fair while you gotta take from the port area. [ A beat ] Or I guess that cat bus might get there, now I think of it.

That sounds lovely. I've heard good things, though I'm more curious about the... "submarine". We don't have those in the Demon Realm, at least that I'm aware of.

Now I'm also wondering if the cat bus would go there. Cats usually don't like being in water, but the bus doesn't seem to mind getting wet in Wintermute, so... maybe?

A submarine's a - ah well, I was going to say "boat" but honestly it might be more akin to a very large bus, given you know what that is. It's designed to dive under the water and transport between those docks and the city itself while everyone inside keeps dry.

... As to the cat bus - that thing works in mysterious ways. I had someone confirm to me it helped them get from Willow to Never Fade, so clearly it can either fly or teleport.

Luz told me about the submarine. It sounds fascinating. I'd like to try it out at least once, assuming things go back to normal around here.

I never thought about riding it to Never Fade... after I got Ghost back, I haven't traveled much using it or the train. Maybe I'll give it a shot next time.

Oh, it's very normal! I didn't use public transit much, but many people travelled through their towns by being eaten by a demon and spat out at their destination. Usually they kept all of their limbs, too.

Nicknames! I'm on the hunt for a suitable affectionate nickname for my girlfriend. It's harder than I thought it would be.

Well, I think it should be somewhat food related. [Because she is a snack-] I first called her batata because a book told me it was an appropriate term of endearment, but then she called me Sweet Potato, and we can't very well both have the same nickname!

I don't have that book anymore, and I don't know enough of her human language to come up with something else. So I'm back to square one.

[Kinda up in the air if she even knows what sweet potatoes are at this point. Besides the obvious "potatoes that are also sweet".]
