PANDORA'S FOX II

If you were here last June, do you remember that app that appeared on the relics then, Pandora's Fox? It's all about finding your Familiar bond. It's been available for people to use since every Star Child was forced to fill it out or have it filled out for them with its grand reveal. However, it's sat quietly in the background unobtrusive to those who didn't click to see what it was about.

Until now.

That's right, Pandora's Fox is back! (and with a makeover). The app has been rejiggered with old questions and new, including some specific to each Role! The app will buzz and open itself with a blank profile waiting to be filled out. Star Children can fill it out for themselves—as long as they don't lie. This app will not allow Star Children to lie. Honesty is important in a Familiar bond. Star Children who lie may find that answer filled in a little too honestly and unable to be deleted. Anyone who waits too long to fill it in will find it answered for them!

Familiar bonds come in all different shapes and sizes, so find the right person for you!

Sand demon, singular?

Yeah, the sea demon was a giant sea serpent who roamed the sea of sands. To the fisherman she was the mystical guardian of the sands.

Oh damn, that's a real famous serpent then. Especially if its gotten known as a demon.

Yeah she was. She had always been a part of the sea for as long as anyone could remember and she was the greatest danger to fisherman. Yet instead of trying to hunt her down, the fisherman respected her authority over the sands. It's the first lesson young fisherman learn and it was a right of passage to bring back one of her freshly dropped scales. Their glow faded with time so you couldn't cheat and find an old one.

Most people chose to track the sea demon down during a season where the sea was relatively calm. I was desperate to prove myself so I chose the seasons of storms for my trial. The decision nearly cost me my life and my father's ship but I earned my place in a way that no on could question.

[Until he was chosen as the shadow mage and everything fell apart.]

Let's be a little cliche: blue and the beach. Ocean front.

[ He'd usually say "yellow" as his favorite color (which still relates to her). But he can't seem to shake the image of her eyes in his mind. ]

I can work with that. I haven't painted the ocean that much so it will be a nice challenge.

[When he tried painting the ocean for himself he always felt too bitter that the sea was different here. It was different when he painted for someone else though. Making someone else happy with something he created is one of the reasons he loves art and he already had a few ideas for Lex's painting.]

Yeah, it's no sand thing. I grew up on a saltwater coast.

[Even if he didn't like the water he could still appreciate the beauty of the ocean, especially since he came from a desert world. It was a wonderous sight.]

So is your apartment in Tides then?

I didn't pick one yet [ Absurd, given how long he's been here ] but I'm actually leaning Satori Hills in Epiphany.

Mostly for fear of what state Tides'll end up when we're free of here.

Yeah I don't blame you. I probably won't be visiting Tides any time soon.

Satori Hills was too loud for me but it's not a bad choice, especially if you like company. Let me know what you decide so I know where to deliver your painting.

There's too many people for me. I like quiet.

[And not having to dodge shadows all the time. If you had the ability to hear soul songs when you touched someone's shadow you wouldn't want to live somewhere with a lot of foot traffic either. Not to mention having too many neighbors would be problematic for other reasons as well.]

Well, I can't help but like some noise around me. We'll see how I feel about something this intense though.
