PANDORA'S FOX III

The application Pandora's Fox, last seen buzzing on everyone's relics in October, is back. It's about finding your Familiar bond or perhaps other kinds of bonds. It could be the start to finding your soul mate, a new family member, or other kind of someone special. The point is connection. While it's always available, it's gotten loud again.

As part of its return, the app has been rejiggered with questions old and new, including some specific to each Role! The app will buzz and open itself with a blank profile waiting to be filled out. Star Children can fill it out for themselves—as long as they don't lie. This app will not allow Star Children to lie. Honesty is important in a bond. Star Children who lie may find that answer filled in a little too honestly and unable to be deleted. Anyone who waits too long to fill it in will find it answered for them!

My only worry is like what if one of us somehow reaches our "full potential" and... just disappears? Even if we try to ignore trials and don't do what she wants, we are always changing as people.

I'm probably like over thinking it, but, it's hard for me to not inherently do.

i worry about that too. every day i wake up and see hunter w/ me its one less panic attack
i want to believe it'll be ok tho

its not overthinking it, these are real worries for us

I dunno what I'd do, if I was alone, completely. I want everyone to grow and become better people, but I also don't want to just end up alone. I mean, I didn't remember anything from here when I went home briefly. What does that mean for people who reach their full potential?

Yeah, yeah, it is. I try to not fixate on it, but it feels hard not to sometimes.

idk. i feel like that's one thing i've been confused by pretty much since i got here and i'm no closer to an answer
i want all of us to reach our potential at the same time and also get sent to the worlds we want to go to (together) and also all keep our memories of this place

this is our family. how can we not fixate? how can we not worry? we all love each other and losing just one person feels like the end of the world

I'm trying to not worry about what that means for me, Rue, or Hunter, but talking about it is always a good thing. It's hard, but necessary, I think.

I mean... We're all from different places. If we somehow reached our full potential, does that mean we're sent back to our own original universes? Do we get to choose? What does full potential even look like? What does Thirteen gain from it anyway?

hard but necessary kinda defines like half of what this family does. i worry about that too tho. i don't want her to separate us, i don't want any of us to leave at different times or go somewhere else. like that time you disappeared, it was only for a few days here but it was terrible for everyone

i really wish we had answers to like any of those. what if our true potential is connected to other people here? i mean i know for a fact all of you make me better

Normally that just defines fighting crime or aliens. Not our own emotional turmoil. Yeah, I... I don't want any of you to deal with the whiplash of not knowing and then knowing. I came back and everything hit me all at once. The fact I could forget everything here at all is scarier than I want to deal with.

I feel like, that's part of why we socialize so much. Beyond generating lore, people make each other better. Our family does that regularly.

Thirteen just kind of leaves us guessing so often.

nothing is even happening, april said so. 2 months of recovery and city rebuilding and for me getting used to normal life

i don't blame you. i'd hate it too. sometimes i worry about being sent away to the wrong place or time

i guess in this instance it really could hurt to ask. that's tough. how do we get info if we don't ask about this stuff? but i don't want to dig up bad memories either...

We'll have to figure out a way to find each other. Somehow. I don't think we'll be separated out anytime soon, but... we both worry about this kind of thing for a reason.

Given what happened with Donnie recently, I can kind of guess people would be a little suspicious too. I don't want to upset anyone, or get anyone hurt if there is a snap reaction.

if my mask comes back with us intact, i can add a mission to my HUD, to find everyone. if we've forgotten, there's ways of getting memories back. we'll figure everything out! we just have to hope, and try in the meantime

yeah that's true. he complained that hardly anyone replied or wanted to help with research. people questioned him or didnt give him what he wanted. but i think it's kind of different if you actually tell people what you're going to do with the info... or if you don't do it anonymously. that makes it suspicious, or like it could be thirteen testing us

Yeah, the best thing to do is just hope and keep trying. It's better than worrying. Well- worrying too much anyway. I'm pretty good at doing that as it is.

Knowing Donnie, he can be a little impatient which doesn't help either. I remember early when we were just starting to know each other he polled people at the ADI. Almost every response was kind of hostile because of how he approached it. Being upfront helps a lot. Eases people's nerves, or at least gets them to think about the question more openly. I'll think about asking on the network, since at worst, I'm the idiot who unleashed spider bots on everyone.
