Pandora's Fox III

PANDORA'S FOX III

The application Pandora's Fox, last seen buzzing on everyone's relics in October, is back. It's about finding your Familiar bond or perhaps other kinds of bonds. It could be the start to finding your soul mate, a new family member, or other kind of someone special. The point is connection. While it's always available, it's gotten loud again.

As part of its return, the app has been rejiggered with questions old and new, including some specific to each Role! The app will buzz and open itself with a blank profile waiting to be filled out. Star Children can fill it out for themselves—as long as they don't lie. This app will not allow Star Children to lie. Honesty is important in a bond. Star Children who lie may find that answer filled in a little too honestly and unable to be deleted. Anyone who waits too long to fill it in will find it answered for them!

Bonds come in all different shapes and sizes, so find the right person for you!

This is game canon!

Forms for your characters!

Then we can have as much fun as we want. Knives are totally fair game and more fun than sparring most people who use rapiers.

Fantastic. I'm looking forward to this, I have not had a good fight since I got here.
Are there a lot of people here who use rapiers?

Rapiers are the primary weapon of choice for cavaliers back home. Stupid pointy toothpicks. I even had to learn how to fight with them.
Sweet, I usually spar at Agrona, if we're talking a set aside spot for it. Otherwise, anywhere we don't hurt bystanders is fair game.

Mm. I am not a sword person. So many sword people are just interested in being showy and not a real fight, in my world.
I will go with your preference on this, since I do not yet have a preference of a place to fight here myself.

I know people like that. I was raised to fight like your life depends on it, not by some fancy tournament rules where you show off. I'd train until I couldn't get off the floor.

Happy to show you Agrona Academy, and if you find a cool spot, we can always spar somewhere else later. The more sparring the better.

That is how I was raised, as well. Except if we could not get off the floor at the end, well, there were consequences. But this may be one of those times I am reading something a little bit too literally.

I think you and I are going to get along very well, in person.

Oh, Aiglamene might not have given me too much shit if I couldn't get myself off the floor, but you never want to leave yourself that vulnerable around Crux. Doesn't end well. Thankfully that reading works both literally and metaphorically.

Oh I look forward to iiiiiiiit.

I have not spoken the names of my "trainers" since we blew them all up, and I want to keep that streak going. They were all fairly evenly awful, in any case.

So do I.

100% make them forgettable. Names don't go down in history. Aiglamene is maybe the best adult in the Ninth. Tough as nails but fair.

:))))

You see, you understand exactly what I am going for. Double revenge.
Tough as nails but fair is a good person type. Very reliable.

It's a far better revenge than infamy. Though the number of times Thirteen's brought a version of my worstie at me here, I got some time before I can accomplish that fate to him.
Asboooolutely. What the Ninth is meant to be and sometimes is at its best.

If Thirteen brought the man who ran the Red Room here... I would be busy for a very, very long time.

Every organization in my world that has supposedly meant to be that has turned out to have a rotten core, to some degree. So if they manage it sometimes, that's not bad.

I don't know what I'd do if Crux turned up for realsies, not just in a trial. Hope to never find out. Tho, ugh, I guess I'll probably see him again someday if I go home. He's old and wretched as a skeleton but refuses to die and turn into one.

Guess that's not a bad way of looking at it. Guess I somehow hoped there's somewhere without a rotten core. Had higher standards.

That's really unfortunate. Want to make a silly little deal?

Maybe there is, somewhere in the multiverse. Just not in my world. Or, at least, not on my planet. I can't speak for all the others.
There are people who fuck up every organization that is found to have a rotten core. That's something we have going for us, I guess.
