I love humanity. They differ so greatly from vampires, that most vampires look down upon them, yet for their youth and inexperience, for their lower technology and shortsightedness, there is so much life and love and emotion in them that we certainly can learn from. While we are connected via bonds, Sharon obtained the ability to share her taste of food with someone else, an ability that aids no one else in Folkmore but myself. It is why we often eat the same meals at the same time, bite for bite, that I may enjoy it as well as she.

Your bond remains felt across the distance of such worlds? That is impressive. I never formed a bond in Trench, and I know not if it would even be possible here away from the Pthumerians and the Doorway in particular, but I am glad for the peace it brings you.

Yes, him and a sister. His attachment to the role is tenuous, but she is solid.
It is not much more than complicated than it was in the real world.

One is that she is attempting to build some sort of army, there are a lot of fighters here, and the other is that she is just some sort of sadist god and none of this is actually about growth at all, she is merely getting off on it. Those two can sort of work together. Gladiatorial events with bonus emotional torture.
