Because it's still April and Thoth is still amused, consider this round two of the Initial Misfire Edition. Initial messages maaaaay go to the wrong person! So not all hell breaks loose, replies carry forward with whoever you've reached, but you might be texting your innermost intoxicated or sleep deprived secret to someone you don't even know.

If you'd like to opt out of misfires, please include this in your top level (by prompt or overall). Otherwise, enjoy indulging Thoth's amusement and building some new CR.

This meme can be used as a branch off from our Test Drive Memes and be used as game canon or just for casual fun in the setting! You do not need to be in our game or be invited to play on our TFLN. This can be a great way to meet current players for future invites, get a feel for the setting, or just have some fun.

This can be used for samples on our applications and as spoons for players accepted into the game.

Wish I had better news for you but... I think he really hates you.

What did I do to him?

[Wow. She’s pretty incredulous at the moment!]

Saved his life for one thing. We found him and his brother drifting through space in bad shape. We could have killed them then and there since we knew what they were. But my leader wanted to hear their story. So we brought them back to good health.

Our group needed some more muscle to accomplish our goals, so we made a deal with them. I didn’t like it, especially when he started recruiting criminals to our cause, but it wasn’t my call. Our leader was using them and intended to betray them, which he did once we had our planet in our grasp. Maul had his own ideas after all, wanting to use our home world as his base to conquer the rest of the galaxy but we weren’t interested in that.

So he challenged our leader to a duel to the death and killed him. Maul never had any interest in the well being of our people, so I refused to bow to him. I escaped with those who sided with me and formed a resistance to take back our planet. With the help of the Jedi we captured him. The last I saw of Maul was of him being shipped off in a box.

Thats what I did to him.

It's funny how different your perspective is from his. Don't worry, I'm not accusing you of lying or anything.

Of course, he didn't care about your people, just like your people didn't care about him. He was useful and he tried to use you in turn. He lost. Of course, he hates you. Of course, he wants you dead.

Wouldn't you take a loss like that personally? I know I would.

I’m no fool, and well aware that he hates me. I don’t care.

And I have no interest in a debate about feelings. I simply want to put the past behind me and be left alone. If he can’t abide by that, fine. But don’t be surprised if someone does end up dead.

Give him time and don't poke the bear. I think as long as you two don't get trapped in a trial together no one will end up dead, but Thirteen has this nasty habit of trying to force things.
