Definitely no tickling. My feathers can be as sharp as I want them to. It can be like throwing knives.

It certainly does, unsanctioned actions would result in discipline from the Hero Public Safety Commission, so heroes can't just go around doing whatever they want.

heroes are subjective. i blew up a building and killed a bunch of people who treated my people dirty for YEARS! and i know some people think im a hero.

It can be pretty complicated, I guess, but not following the law in my world makes someone a villain. Even if they have their reasons.

Maybe, but I believe there's other ways to fix things without violence. I'd like that to be more normal than it is.
