I didn't realize Endeavor had fans besides that one kid on tv. I guess your first is your first. [ Katsuki has never been an Endeavor fan, but now with Shoto... he's more than ever not a fan. He can work with the guy because it beats the world ending, but to hear it from Hawks is weird. ]

Guess it'll be hard for you to get that world.

Sure, but here's hoping. It's not because you and I won't work hard, but because everyone will work hard and heroes won't be as necessary.

I thought people only bought Endeavor dolls when All Might's were sold out. He has a presence, if you're into that.

I don't see the extras doing that any time soon. They're all relying on the heroes and complaining if things don't go their way.

I like being a hero, there's a lot of publicity to go with it, modelling, calendars, press affairs, all kinds of things. It's not my favourite thing to do.

I know how things are, I just wish they were different. I'd like to see things change.

That kind of stuff shouldn't matter. It's the hero work that's important.

[ Another confirmation Hawks comes from a poor family. Though it's sad that all Katsuki knows is that he came from a poor family and met Endeavor before any other hero. He doesn't know all the details of Endeavor's career. He might be able to ask Izuku, but there's not a lot to go on. Times Endeavor saw a kid over a wide range of years. ]

[ Aizawa sensei doesn't do that dumb reporter stuff most of the time, but he's also not a top ranked hero like All Might, Best Jeanist, Endeavor, or Hawks. The top ten all do media appearances. It's dumb, and Katsuki hates it. He knows it'll happen, but he can hate it. ] Just gets in the way of helping people.

You do that. [ Hawks will run out of time. He loses his quirk. Katsuki can't talk about a future where Tokoyami returns to Hawks's agency for a work study. Hawks will be out of the business by then. ] Maybe you'll have more time once you aren't a hero anymore.
