Texts From Last Night

Welcome to Folkmore's Texts From Last Night meme! This meme can be used as a branch off from our Test Drive Memes and be used as game canon or just for casual fun in the setting! You do not need to be in our game or be invited to play on our TFLN. This can be a great way to meet current players for future invites, get a feel for the setting, or just have some fun.
This can be used for samples on our applications and used as spoons for players accepted into the game!

[ and come midnight, Sharon is waiting at Oozlum Station looking like the sketchiest person ever, black beanie on, complete with a knapsack over her shoulders full of materials to vandalize with! ]

I know, right? Did I scare you?
[He is not expecting a serious yes, but maybe she'll humour him.]

[He falls into step beside her, his gaze shifting to her bag.]
You got a bunch of 'em, huh.

[He is not opposed to explosives! But he does like most of Folkmore, and the chaos would be kind of bad if they don't find somewhere decently isolated :( ]
no subject
What's the 'right target' for you?

[ Hopefully not because she's killed a lot of monsters since her arrival here. ]

[He considers for a moment. Actually...]
There was one giant dog I fought with my mom here one time, and we chased it away. It wasn't bad, I think just hungry. So I don't wanna molotov that one.

[He appreciates the enthusiasm, though!]

That doesn't mean anything, Casey. It recognized it didn't stand a chance against you, but do you really think it would've still been cowardly if it found you weak? [ A side glance ] Because I sure as hell don't.
no subject
Maybe not… but we don't know either way. I grew up around redeemed villains but against the Krang it was always kill or be killed, no exceptions. This world's different. If there's a chance to spare a life here, I'd rather take it.

Still, that’s not even why they’re out here—as fun as that would be.
She gestures ahead to a ramshackle shed, half-swallowed by the sand but still standing. There's already graffiti featuring a cartoonish-looking fox with x'd out eyes. ] Voila! [ She drops her bag at the base. Several cans of spray paint roll out. ]
no subject
He does crack up at the sight of the graffiti'd fox, though.]
Is this one yours?
no subject
[ She flashes a quick smile, clearly talking out her ass. Doesn't that sound like something some hoity-toity would say? She grabs a can of paint—hot pink, fun. ] I'm trying to come up with a fun tag.
no subject
[Definitely gets the vibe across. He studies the wall thoughtfully for a moment, debating options. Her can of hot pink gives him an idea.]
Can I do a Krang? Kinda like yours.
[He would love to properly convey his feelings about them.]
no subject
[ She remembers when he spoke of them: the aliens that fucked the future. ] Maybe we can use them as target practice later.
no subject
I'd like that. I only have my chainstick on me, though.
[Considering the state of the shed, it wouldn't last very long. Maybe she's got something better.]
no subject
But after they've made plenty of targets on it. ] Are they all pink? [ The Krang, of course. ]
no subject
I think so. I only ever saw the three of 'em. This colour's too bright and pretty for them, they're more like a gross "on the edge of a plague death" flesh shade. I should mix it with grey.
[He does his best to paint the nastiest, ugliest >:E alien face one can imagine on the wall.]

She tosses a couple of cans to his feet. A light gray, a dark gray, and a baby salmon. ] Those help at all?
