Oh, I meant like how you can talk to these devices and it turns it into written text. I'm using it right now. The software for this type of thing is pretty expensive back home, but some people use it.

we kind of have to rely on that sometimes for translation since there's a lot of different languages floating around out there and not everyone speaks basic
especially with droids. most people don't understand binary, it's a bit tricky to learn

that's a lot more than most people can do. the auditory on it takes some getting used to, but it's easy to pick up on some of their usual responses even if you don't know exactly what they're saying

evil clone steph would probably prefer sweet snacks over salty snacks. i also dont really drink alcohol much but im down with soda, coffee, and my newest discovery: boba tea

maybe i can hack the relic into 'speaking' it
it's not really necessary but it would be fun. and i could teach you how to understand it so when you meet bb-8 you'll know what he's saying

i've had the boba tea here, i like it too. especially the brown sugar or green tea
i still don't understand exactly what the boba itself is, but as long as it tastes good that's what matters

i'd love to learn if you can hack the relic! ive already got a couple languages under my belt so another one can't hurt, and i wouldn't wanna be rude to bb8 by not being able to talk to him

boba is made from tapioca! its a root that's dried and ground into a flour. im not sure how they turn it into the pearls, but a lot of my friends growing up used to use tapioca flour for making breads and stuff. they usually called it cassava but its the same thing basically

it wouldn't be rude, even back home a lot of people don't understand what he's saying, but he would definitely be thrilled to have someone else who gets it
i mean he's usually good at getting his point across but sometimes he does get frustrated when it doesn't work

i'd also get frustrated if people couldn't understand me so he's allowed to get upset about it. ill do my best to learn some binary, and hopefully he shows up soon so i can show off
