Dare I ask what glitter is?

It's this... stuff? It's made out of many little parts -- I guess you could call them grains, like sand grains. But they reflect light and thus, well, glitter. They have these things here called "fire extinguishers", and my neighbors have several of them. One is filled with glitter.

One of my neighbors accidentally used that one when trying to put out the fire in my apartment. And that's how I found out about glitter.

A fire extinguisher does sound very useful, though. One assumes it is more than just a convenient bucket of water.

It's a red, cylindrical thing. My neighbor said some sort of mist that can extinguish fires comes out of it.

Unless it's the glitter one.
