Well, I feel bad about something I did, but usually when I feel bad I'm able to eventually get over it. This time, it's persisted, and I don't really know what to do with that.

That's called guilt. Depending on what you did, it can be a bit of a beast to work through. Takes time.

Somedays, I absolutely do want to choke on some hot bread. And harder to swallow means easier to taste, but it does make a big mess.
