Texts From Last Night

Welcome to Folkmore's Texts From Last Night meme! This meme can be used as a branch off from our Test Drive Memes and be used as game canon or just for casual fun in the setting! You do not need to be in our game or be invited to play on our TFLN. This can be a great way to meet current players for future invites, get a feel for the setting, or just have some fun.

This can be used for samples on our applications and used as spoons for players accepted into the game!

Well, it wasn't for THOSE reasons, but, since you're asking...

Wait. You're powerful enough to destroy a sun?

Honestly, I think just about anyone can be, if they're dedicated enough and recognize what to do with the opportunities they're granted.

Not saying I do it daily, mind you, the cleanup's a real bitch after — especially if you decide on a full demo route, not a reno.

You are quite right about that. My master develops a weapon that can destroy entire planets at some point in the future. Give someone enough time and they can accomplish almost anything.

What else have you done with such power? If I had that much, perhaps I would have been content in my own galaxy.

[No, he wouldn't have. No amount of power would have ever satisfied Maul even if he was practically a god. The emptiness within him couldn't be filled with such a thing.]

"Destroying entire planets" definitely has a particular ring to it — whether or not the planets themselves did, obvs. On the other hand you've also got to ask, what sort of destruction? Because there's a lot of options out there for how to destroy something! Some are more reversible than others. Some are more insidious.

You'd have missed the chance at "how many galaxies am I holding up?" jokes, if you'd just stayed at home, wouldn't you?

I managed to reinvent an entire sociopolitical culture from scratch through to space colonization with way fewer restarts than any game of Sims I've ever played, too.

From what I understand, his version is a beam of energy so large, intense, and concentrated that the power is strong enough to just blow the planet up.

Good job? At least I think you're proud of such accomplishments. It's hard to tell tone through text sometimes.
