The Big Dipper is great, but I think you've forgotten about Orion.

Orion can't lead me to the North Star but it is a pretty great constellation. I mean, it's got Betelgeuse.

I didn't realise you were such a connoisseur of the stars.

My 9th-grade high school had a planetarium, and I took earth & space science. It was my favorite class that year. Nothing quite like spending forty-five minutes in the dark looking up at the stars.

That does sound brilliant, I can't argue there!

It's one part of Folkmore I can appreciate too, being able to see so many stars, even if they're unfamiliar. Doesn't even come close in London with all the light pollution.
