Sounds much like my own city. Though guns were not commonly used anywhere, I think.

The law in Yokohama stays out of Suribachi City. It's lawless slums where people fend for themselves. It'a a whole different world. Anyone who can't afford a gun makes due with whatever they can find or make.

Yes. They don't always fair well against guns, but then again guns don't fair well against abilities.

If they are all like your gravity power, I imagine not. No warrior stands up well to the unfamiliar.

They can be anything. They aren't all as good as my gravity power, but they're good enough. Even when an ability is familiar, it doesn't mean an ungifted can make up for it. People have tried.

Baseball bat, pipes, any form of blunt force damage is a classic.
